June Was One for the Books

<p>Some months you feel the momentum build quietly, and then one day you look up and realize it was one for the books.</p> <p>I'm grateful to share that June placed me among the Top 15 agents and teams across the Keys. It is a list I have deep respect for, because every name on it represents the same things I care about most: long hours, honest counsel, and relationships that outlast any single closing.</p> <p>Behind every one of my closings this past month there was a family finding the right front door, an investor reading the market carefully, and a seller trusting me with a home that held years of memory. Those are the stories that matter to me. The ranking is a lovely reflection of them, and I don't take it lightly.</p> <p>I'm especially proud to carry this recognition as part of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Keys Real Estate and Knight & Gardner Realty. The standard our colleagues set across the island pushes all of us to be sharper, more present, and more generous with our clients. To be counted among them is an honor.</p> <p>To the buyers and sellers who trusted me in June: thank you. You made this month what it was. The privilege of guiding you through one of the biggest decisions of your life is the part of this work I love most, and it never gets old.</p> <p>Here's to July, to the next set of front doors, and to continuing to match the right people with the right places in the Florida Keys.</p>
